Apart from teaching the piano, Pauline is particularly interested in teaching theory of music and music literacy. She spends much time tutoring candidates for the Grade 5 theory requirement of the Associated Board along with GCSE and 'A' level music.
Much of the success of the Roseneath School of Music lies in the personal attention which Pauline gives to all her pupils.
Pauline has been teaching the piano for more than thirty years and her qualifications include
BA (Hons) in Music and Classics and an Associateship of the London College of Music.
She is a Certified Teacher (CT) of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, is an Acreditted Private Teacher with the Incorporated Society of Musicians and has completed all relevant CRB checks by Oxfordshire County Council and the ISM.
In her position as chairman of the Concertante Society, Pauline has presented the Wychwood Trophy to the Chipping Norton Music festival for outstanding primary school pianists.
